About us
Synkei was born from a simple frustration: there were no SaaS tools truly designed for sneaker resellers. We decided to build them ourselves.
The sneaker resale market has grown explosively in recent years. But the available tools haven't kept pace. Resellers use a mix of spreadsheets, generic apps not designed for this sector, and a lot of manual work.
Synkei exists to fill this gap. Two apps with a precise goal: reduce manual work, increase operational accuracy and give every reseller — from the individual to the structured organisation — the tools to grow in a scalable way.
Every feature was designed with this in mind: the EU/US sizing logic, the StockX price structure, the dynamics of the Shopify API, the roles of a team working in a shop. We didn't adapt something that already existed. We built from scratch.

You can register via email/password or Google OAuth2 (with the option to add a traditional password later). The account is personal and non-transferable.
Prices by Synkei allows sneaker resellers to automatically sync prices and availability from the source catalogue to their Shopify store. It includes: product catalogue with advanced search and massive SKU search, wishlist with real-time sync statuses, incremental sync engine (hash diffing), multi-level markup system, Draft/Active system, job monitoring dashboard, Shopify API rate limit management, multi-country support (IT/ES/FR/UK), Stripe subscription management.
Price data is indicative and based on secondary markets. It does not constitute an offer to sell or financial advice. The User is solely responsible for prices published on their Shopify store.
By using this integration you authorise Synkei to access and modify products, variants and stock in your Shopify store to the extent necessary for the Service. You are responsible for correctly configuring the API token. The "delete from Shopify on removal from Wishlist" function permanently deletes products from your store. The integration is subject to Shopify Inc.'s Terms of Service.
The final price is calculated using the formula:
The rule hierarchy is: Model > Brand > Global. The Draft/Active system allows new rules to be prepared and applied in a controlled manner. The User is solely responsible for reviewing prices before publication.
Payments are managed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. Plans: Free (free), Starter, Pro, Scale. When the monthly product limit is reached, the system suspends new syncs until upgrade or monthly reset.
The following are prohibited: illegal or fraudulent activities, sharing credentials, reverse engineering the platform, introducing malware, circumventing Shopify API limits, selling counterfeit products.
Configuration data remains your property. The architecture is multi-tenant with complete isolation between Users. Synkei stores Shopify Variant IDs to optimise API operations. Personal data processing complies with GDPR.
The Service, including the sync engine and pricing algorithms, is the exclusive property of Synkei. The subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence.
The Service is provided "as is". Synkei is not responsible for financial losses from incorrectly synced prices. Maximum liability does not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.
You can cancel your account at any time. Data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Cancellation does not remove products already synced on Shopify.
Synkei may modify these Terms with reasonable notice via email and in-platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

You can register via email/password or Google OAuth2. Registration requires email verification. Upon completion, a "Shop" record is automatically created and associated with your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account.
Shops by Synkei includes: parent/variant inventory with SKU/barcode/EU size, barcode lookup, visual variant picker for orders, customer database with history, analytics dashboard (ROI, margin, trends), asynchronous Shopify sync, .xlsx export (Admin only), multi-tier Stripe subscriptions, IT/EN multilingual.
Plans: Free (free), Starter (€19/month), Pro (€49/month), Scale (€99/month). Payments via Stripe, automatic renewal. When the plan's product/order limit is reached, insertion is automatically blocked until upgrade.
The following are prohibited: illegal activities, sharing credentials with unauthorised third parties, accessing other Users' accounts, reverse engineering, introducing malware, managing counterfeit products, circumventing plan enforcement mechanisms.
The Shop Owner can add members by assigning one of these roles: Owner (full access), Manager (full access excluding advanced settings), Staff (inventory, products, sales), Read-Only (view only). The Shop Owner is responsible for the actions of all Team Members.
You are responsible for correctly configuring the Shopify token. You authorise Synkei to access your store to the extent necessary for the Service. Sync operations may modify products, variants and stock. The integration is subject to Shopify Inc.'s Terms.
All Content (products, orders, customers) remains your property. Each Shop's data is isolated via shop_id. Synkei processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.
The Service and all its components are the exclusive property of Synkei. The subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service.
The Service is provided "as is". Synkei is not responsible for data loss or indirect damages. Maximum liability does not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.
You can cancel your account at any time. Data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
